It is clarified that Nodal Officer/ ACP/HQ who will receive all applications/appeals in single window from all concerned on behalf of all PIOs and First Appellate Authorities of Traffic Unit under RTI Act- 2005 and maintain the consolidated record. Nodal Officer/RTI is also responsible for sending the reference to concerned PIO/Appellate Authority on the same date after diarizing the marking it. He will also maintain a consolidated record of diary and fee deposited etc. required under RTI Act. In case of reply of more than one PIOs on general questions is required to be provided to the applicant, PHQ/CIC or any Other Department under RTI act, DCP/Traffic(HQ) will decide that a consolidate reply of Traffic by any single PIO be provided within the prescribed limit. Moreover, all APIOs/PIOs will act according to guidelines given under RTI Act- 2005.

It is clarified that DCP/EOW may depute a Nodal Officer/RTI not below the rank of ACP who will received all applications/appeals in single point/window from all concerned on behalf of all PIOs and First Appellate Authorities under RTI Act- 2005. Nodal Officer/RTI is also responsible for sending the reference to concerned PIO/Appellate Authority on the same date after diarizing and marking it. He will also maintain a consolidated record of diary and fee deposited etc. required under RTI Act. In case of reply of more than one PIOs is required to be provided to the PHQ or the applicant under RTI act, DCP/EOW will decide and direct that a consolidate reply of EOW by any single PIO be provided within the prescribed limit. Nodal Officer so deputed in this regard may be intimated to all concerned for information under RTI Act- 2005.

It is clarified that DCP/EOW may depute a Nodal Officer/RTI not below the rank of ACP who will received all applications/appeals in single point/window from all concerned on behalf of all PIOs and First Appellate Authorities under RTI Act- 2005. Nodal Officer/RTI is also responsible for sending the reference to concerned PIO/Appellate Authority on the same date after diarizing and marking it. He will also maintain a consolidated record of diary and fee deposited etc. required under RTI Act. In case of reply of more than one PIOs is required to be provided to the PHQ or the applicant under RTI act, DCP/EOW will decide and direct that a consolidate reply of EOW by any single PIO be provided within the prescribed limit. Nodal Officer so deputed in this regard may be intimated to all concerned for information under RTI Act- 2005.
